Vaccine
Policy.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Overview and Purpose

At Bill Breaker, the health and safety of our employees, partners, and the communities we serve are our top priorities. This COVID-19 Vaccine Policy outlines our expectations and requirements regarding vaccination to ensure a safe working environment.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, and contract employees of Bill Breaker who work from our physical office spaces or attend in-person company events. As a primarily remote-first company, this policy does not mandate vaccination for employees who work entirely remotely and do not engage in face-to-face company activities.

3. Vaccination Requirements

Employees intending to enter any Bill Breaker office facility or participate in in-person company gatherings must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. "Fully vaccinated" is defined according to the guidelines set forth by the relevant local and national health authorities (e.g., the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in India).

4. Proof of Vaccination

Employees subject to this requirement must provide official proof of vaccination (such as a valid digital or physical vaccination certificate) to the Human Resources department before entering physical premises. All health data collected will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with our data privacy policies.

5. Exemptions and Accommodations

We recognize that some individuals may not be able to receive the vaccine due to medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs. Employees may request an exemption. Approved exemptions will require the employee to adhere to alternative safety measures, which may include mandatory masking, regular COVID-19 testing, or working remotely.

6. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to change based on evolving public health guidance and local regulations. Bill Breaker will communicate any significant updates to all employees in a timely manner.
